Using Zenger Folkman’s strength-based approach and cross-training of competencies in the Extraordinary Performer Programme, you will magnify your personal leadership competencies and align them with organisational needs – maximising your business impact through a structured, data-driven and experimental approach. At the same time, you will cultivate capabilities that will support your continuous development throughout your career.

The journey in practice:

  • We start with a 30-minute virtual kick-off call. Here we set the framework for the journey and clarify focus and expectations.

  • You then invite your raters (Manager, Peers and Others) to give you 180-degree feedback.

  • In a 2-hour online individual workshop, scheduled at your convenience, we dive into Zenger Folkman’s research-based approach to personal leadership development and offer you a comprehensive framework to analyse and take action on your feedback results.

  • In a 1:1 coaching session, we go over your feedback report and support you in defining a clear personal development focus that will energise you and benefit your organisation.

  • In a 1:1 follow-up coaching session we support you in intentionally and consistently integrating your new practices and maximising your business impact.

          Price: 14,500 DKK + VAT (all elements included).
